Please join us on May 25 for a dinner presentation with COSO Chairman, Bob Hirth, on the new COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. 

During this CPE session, Bob will delve into the following in greater detail; as well as welcome feedback on the exposure draft of the new Framework:

 *             Principles of Risk Oversight and Foundational Concepts of ERM

*             Specific Components and Principle Structure of the New Framework

*             COSO Board Recommendations for Implementation & Key Takeaways

*             Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Update

SPEAKERS:

Bob Hirth

Bob currently serves as COSO Chair, a PCAOB Advisory Board Member, and is a Senior Managing Director at Protiviti. His 20+ year experience in global internal audit and business risk consulting at Protiviti, and at Arthur Andersen in the years prior, has provided knowledge of all COSO's mission disciplines; Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, and Fraud Deterrence. In 2013, Bob was inducted into The American Hall of Distinguished Audit Practitioners.

DURATION:
The learning portion of the evening will qualify for 2 hours of CPE (Continuing Professional Education). Ticket price includes dinner, beverages, and dessert. Entrée choices are Veggie, Chicken, or Salmon.
