SPEAKERS:

Elizabeth Valentina

Elizabeth Valentina is Vice President, Content Protection Litigation for Fox Entertainment Group. She manages worldwide copyright, content protection circumvention and anti-piracy civil litigation and amicus practice for Fox’s film and television businesses. She also advises on copyright matters, the DMCA and content protection policy throughout the Fox companies.

Ms. Valentina was previously at Jenner & Block LLP in New York City where she gained experience in a broad range of litigation and intellectual property matters. Her practice focused on copyright, trademark and new media matters for the major film studios, publishers, fashion designers, global entertainment content companies, and entertainment industry advocacy groups. She also worked in documentary film production while in New York. She joined Fox in 2008.

She is a frequent speaker on copyright, content protection and technology issues, and a member and former Trustee of the Los Angeles Copyright Society.
