William (BIll) J. Callahan is Director of Government and Strategic Affairs at Blockchain Intelligence Group. Bill is a law enforcement veteran with 26+ years serving the U.S. Department of Justice with over 20 years assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). He retired from the DEA as the Special Agent in Charge of the St. Louis Division and held numerous posts during his career. With the DEA, Bill primarily focused on money laundering investigations with an emphasis on Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML). In 2021, Bill joined Blockchain Intelligence Group as the Director of Government and Strategic Affairs; he is responsible for developing relationships with law enforcement, regulators, and government agencies globally.
