Anthony Davenport

CEO - Regal Credit Management

As CEO of Regal Credit Management, Anthony has helped thousands of professional athletes, entertainers and high net worth individuals to build, restore and protect their credit profiles. His firm has offices in New York, Los Angeles and recently incorporated in the United Kingdom in order to assist individuals on a global scale. Anthony has been the subject of numerous print and television features in outlets such as Forbes, USA Today, Good Day New York, Sirius Radio and the Hollywood Reporter. His first book, Your Score a real-world guide to navigating the world of consumer credit became an Amazon Top 100 best seller in 2018 and had an excerpt featured in Oprah Magazine. He holds advanced certification from the credit scoring company FICO and conducts educational seminars across the country for groups including NFL athletes, New York County Lawyers Association, New York Society of CPAs and the California CPA association.


Michelle Goodman

Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs - GRB Studios

Michelle Goodman is the Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for GRB Studios, an Emmy Award-winning content studio and global distribution company servicing linear, digital and branded platforms. Michelle oversees all business affairs and legal for GRB, including its original programming and distribution businesses, as well as corporate legal and human resources functions. She has over a decade of experience representing production companies, studios and television and digital networks, negotiating and drafting agreements and handling production legal, intellectual property, litigation and general corporate matters. Michelle graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in history and obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School.


Joey Monteiro

Executive Vice President of Marketing & Publicity - Sierra/Affinity

Joey Monteiro has two decades of experience in international film distribution, marketing & publicity. For the last 9 years he has served as Executive Vice President of Sierra/Affinity, an Entertainment One company, where he oversees the company’s feature film marketing and publicity. During his tenure at the company Monteiro has handled a broad range of title that includes commercial hits including ATOMIC BLONDE, FLIGHT and I, TONYA, and critically acclaimed award winners such MANCHESTER BY THE SEA, HELL OR HIGH WATER, DRIVE, FLIGHT, NIGHTCRAWLER and the 2016 Best Picture winner, SPOTLIGHT. Prior to joining Sierra/Affinity, Monteiro spearheaded international digital initiatives for Warner Brothers Pictures and handled films such as THE DARK KNIGHT, I AM LEGEND, THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON and HARRY POTTER IV & V. He began his career with a seven year run at Lionsgate where he oversaw international marketing & publicity for the independent film slate that included films such as MONSTER’S BALL, HOTEL RWANDA, The SAW Franchise, AMORES PERROS and GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK.


Kimberly Pease  

Co-founder and Vice President - Citadel Information Group, Inc.

Kimberly Pease is co-founder and Vice President of Citadel Information Group, Inc., a California Information Security/Cyber Security Management firm. Ms. Pease has been awarded Cybersecurity Professional of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal CTO Awards 2017. She has an extensive background in the applications of technology and security solutions. During her career she has implemented computer systems for a wide-range of organizations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Additionally, she has led installation projects at the Pentagon, the Government Printing Office and many state government offices. She is a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and a vCISO-for-hire (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) for her clients. Ms. Pease has been a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Information Systems Security Association since 2002, and has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer (2008 – 2011) and Education Director (2006 - 2007). She also served as Chair of the annual conference, ISSA LA Information Security Summit, for over 7 years. She has been a member of Infragard since 2002, which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the private sector. She is a former CIO (Chief Information Officer) for a privately held company. Ms. Pease was previously a member of ASQ (American Society of Quality) and has held a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification. She speaks frequently on information security, has published several articles and has been interviewed numerous times on ABC News Good Morning America and NBC News.

 

The learning portion of the evening will qualify for 2 hours of CPE (Continuing Professional Education).

Established in 1887, the beautiful California Club is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and serves as an outstanding home for our monthly meetings. The California Club is located at 538 South Flower Street in Los Angeles. Many parking structures are located within one block of the Club, the nearest (next door) being the Westlawn Garage at 524 South Flower Street. The after 4:00PM rate at the Westlawn Garage is $8.The dress code is business casual (no denim, shorts, sneakers, etc.)
